We raise St. Croix hair sheep for lamb and mutton as well as for breeding stock. Our herd is growing and developing into quality stock with traits that run true for St. Croix, including disease resistance, good flocking and mothering instincts, non-selective grazing that encourages a varied diet, and ultimately high quality meat.
